Sub:- Outstanding Dues of KVS BS&G “Flag Day” Collections.

Sir/ Madam,

            With reference to BS&G Headquarters letter NO. D-4-4/1873/2011 dated 14-09-2011, KVS BS&G has to pay recoverable balance Rs. 79,429/- as outstanding dues of “Flag Day” collections from 2000-2011(copy enclosed).

        In this regard, you are well aware that KVS HQ is not directly distributing the Flag Day stickers in KVs. The Flag Day Stickers are being distributed in KVS through ROs, hence the remittable amount is pending in KVs or Regional BS&G Fund, is to be forwarded to this office infavour of Treasurer, KVS BS&G Association Fund payable at New Delhi.

        Hence you are requested to send outstanding entire amount from 2000-2011 immediately so that this office may send the same amount to NHQ BS&G as demanded vide above referred letter. A nil report may be sent in case no amount is pending with your region.
