On subject cited above, I am to convey the approval of competent authority to depute teacher in above mentioned course as per the following quota given to your region.

2. For other detail of the event please refer enclosed Circular.
3. In this regard, it is proposed that for above mentioned National Level Secretaries and Organizers Course, the District Chief Commissioners (DCC) KVS BS&G of the concerned area may be directed to search the suitable candidate in KVs of the District and submit the name of the dedicated and competent teacher, HWB or at least Advanced Trained SM/ GC of the district who is interested and doing Community Service under the banner of KVS BS&G voluntarily and having good name among his/her co-worker, preferably who is working or being appointed as District Organising Commissioner/ District Secretary of the concerned District on the basis of his/ her meritorious record in Scouting movement of KVS.
4. The Names, Designation and KV of the selected and deputed SM/GC for above mentioned Course should reach at this office on or before 17th September 2011 by email or Fax so that the same information may be forwarded to NTC BS&G Pachmarhi M.P. immediately latest by 18-09-2011, vide above referred letter.
You are requested to direct deputed teachers to study the above mentioned circular carefully, follow it strictly and report in the camp accordingly.
