Madam/ Sir,

A.     Please refer this office letter No.  F.110353/05/2009-KVS (Acad.)/BS&G dated 09-05-2011, vied which copies of 54 Log-Books with 54 copies of Guidelines for Prime Minister’s Shield Competition for Unit leaders of your Region were forwarded to your office in place of 75. In this regard, you are requested to please guide your DCCs to monitor the progress of PMSC activities of his/her District and invite information about the progress of PMSC in the prescribed table. In this regard undersigned is available on following Mobile number for the technical help, if required.

B.      Please find enclosed herewith      21        copies of Log-Books with  21    copies of Guidelines for remaining Unit Leaders of your region. You are requested to issue the same to the concerned unit leaders of your Region through District Commissioner (S/ G) with necessary instruction for the success in the PMS Competition and S/G Rashtrapati Award.
