On subject cited above, please find enclosed herewith    59    copies of Log-Books and   59    copies of Guidelines for Unit Leaders of your region.

2.      You are requested to please guide your DCCs to monitor the progress of PMSC activities of his/her District. The DCC should invite information about the progress of PMSC from KVs of the District in the prescribed table, in order that he/ she may asses and monitor the progress of competing Units easily, know the strength and weak areas of the competition, and lead the District under your guidance, accordingly.

3.      In this regard, undersigned is also available on following Mobile number for the technical help, if required.

You are requested to issue the same to the concerned unit leaders of your Region through DCC/ District Commissioner (S/ G) with necessary instruction for the success in the PMS Competition (PMSC) and S/G Rashtrapati Award.
