Madam/ Sir,

On subject cited above, I am to convey the approval of competent authority to depute active and energetic, physically fit Advanced Trained interested Scout Master / Guide Captains ( age between 24-45) as per the quota given to your region. For other detail of the event please refer enclosed Circular:-

The application of the selected SM/GC should reach on or before 10^th September 2011 at NHQ BS&G New Delhi by email scanned copy; tbsgnet@del2.vsanl.net.in / Fax 011-23370126, original copy of the documents should be submitted at the  time of reporting at Raiwala.

        After participation the deputed teachers must send report in soft copy (through Proper Channel), a copy of the same report is to be kept in the Library of Unit/ KV concerned and Regional Office for record. In this report every activity of the event should be given a serial number and supported by photographs (if possible). On the basis of report, in future KVS BS&G may also think to implement the same event in KVS BS&G at District level.

 You are requested to direct deputed teachers to study the above mentioned circular carefully and follow it strictly.
