        With reference to BS&G Northern Region HQ Circular No. BS&G/ RHQ/ NR-08/ 245/2011-12 dated 30.08.2011, I am to inform your that the 1^st Rashtrapati Scouts Testing Camp – 2011 is scheduled to be held with the following details:-

The details of the Testing Camp are as follows:-

1	Venue	:	National Youth Complex, Gadpuri, District-Palwal, Haryana, Ph : 0127-5311633
2	Dates	:	15.09.2011 to 19.09.2011
3	Reporting date	:	15.09.2011 Before Lunch
4	Departure date	:	19.09.2011 After Lunch
5	Eligibility	:	Only eligible candidate’s i.e. who filled following Form No. 4704, 4706, 4708, 4709, 4906, 4907, 4908, 4890, 4619, 4621, 4622, 4695, 4641 (As per BS&G Hqrs. letter No. JDG/1544 & 1545 /2011 dated 30-08-2011).

        You are requested to depute eligible selected guides of your region (if any) and arrange the SA-I of the deputed GUIDES  after the Camp at suitable time. You are also requested to make aware, this office, about action taken at RO level.
