Sub.: Deputation of the participants in National Integration Camp, at Ganganagar (West Bengal) 10st to 16th October 2011.

Madam/ Sir,
On subject cited above, I am to convey the approval of competent authority to depute one Patrol of Scouts and one Patrol of Guides (who successfully completed Rajya puraskar & having age between 14 to 17 years) from your region under proper escorting by the advanced trained Unit Leaders. One copy of the list of selected participants should reach to the Director BS&G at the earliest under intimation to this office. The detail is as under:-

2. The selected UL/ escorts must have skill to inculcate and improve the wisdom of good citizenship and National Integration sensitively (through providing various opportunities to S/G). The escorts UL will also get National Level participation certificate.
3. After participation the deputed teachers must send report in soft copy (through Proper Channel), separately from Scout Section and Guide Section for publication on www.kvsbsg.blogspot.com and a copy of the same report is to be kept in the Library of Units/ KVs concerned and Regional Office for record. In this report every activity of the event should be given a serial number and supported by photographs. On the basis of report, in future KVS BS&G may decide to implement the same event in KVS BS&G at District level.
4. The opportunity to participate in this event may be given to two Districts through District Chief Commissioner concerned or participants from various KVs of one big city for Scout Section and from other city for Guide Section may be permitted.
You are requested to depute Scouts and Guides and direct deputed teachers to study the above mentioned circular carefully and follow it strictly.
