Dear Trainers of KVS BS&G.

Sub:- The trainers Contribution and Achievement (MDCA) 2011-12 and RTI

Sir/ Madam.

       I am quite confident that you are regularly working for the development of your Vidyalaya member of the movement and vicinity. I hope that you are also maintaining the record of this contribution as requested time to time.

2.     I am assured that your record of Contribution and Achievement 2011-2012 in proposed “My Dairy of Contribution and Achievement” (known as MDCA) 2011-12 will be a learning tool to your juniors of the District and State, it will be  inspiring source for other to learn from you the technique and ideas of carryon successful implementation of the movement in KVS. It is also one kind of your Voluntary Informal Education for the sake of our beloved motherland.

3.     I hope that it will be suitably take place when we come together with “My Dairy of Contribution and Achievement” (MDCA) 2011-12 in the Exhibition at the occasion of camps (Diwitiya Sopan, Tritiya Sopan, Rajya Puraskar, Course and Advance Course Camps etc.).

4.     Please find placed below some RTI questions, you are requested give top priority to propose right answer of these questions and send them by email within a week as a responsible member of the team.

1	स्काउट एव गाईड / कब एवं बुलबुल प्रशिक्षण के  लिये प्राचार्य किसी भी शिक्षक को भेज सकता हैं ? या फिर संगठन द्वारा कोई दिशा निर्देश जारी किया गया हैं ?
2	स्काउट एव गाईड / कब एवं बुलबुल प्रशिक्षण मेँ शिक्षक को भेजने से पूर्व उसकी सम्मति लेना अवश्यक हैं ? या फिर प्राचार्य अपनी मनमर्जी से किसी भी शिक्षक को जबरदस्ती भेज सकता हैं ?
3	स्काउट एव गाईड / कब एवं बुलबुल प्रशिक्षण करने से मूल सेवा मेँ क्या –क्या लाभ कब प्राप्त होते हैं ?
4	एक विद्यालय मेँ स्काउट एव गाईड / कब एवं बुलबुल प्रशिक्षु शिक्षकों की कम –से –कम कितनी संख्या होनी चाहिए ?
5	यदि स्काउट एव गाईड / कब एवं बुलबुल प्रशिक्षण प्रापत करना केन्द्रीय विद्यालय संगठन के नियमित शिक्षकों ले लिये mandatory है तो  इसका साक्ष्य उपलब्ध कराने की कृपया करें ।
