Please refer above mentioned letter of this office vide which the duly approved copy of the  Minutes of the KVS BS&G Association/ Assistant Commissioner Conference- 2011 (held from 22^nd to 24^th June, 2011 at New Delhi under the Chairmanship of the Commissioner, KVS) were forwarded to all Regional Offices of KVS by Shri E. Prabhakar, Jt. Commissioner (Pers.)KVS.

The approved programme/ activity for sectional growing of KVS BS&G Cubs and Bulbuls is given on The Page No. 33 - 34, under item No. 07 (iii) of the Minutes. The Cubs & Bulbuls Pre-Golden Arrow Award Camp at Regional level is to be organized every year at suitable time. In this regard Action Taken Report not yet received from your region.

You are requested to go through the reproduced content (on over leaf) and take necessary steps to promote Cubs and Bulbuls activity in your region as desired.
