Approved programme / activity for sectional growing of Cubs and Bulbul:-

Item No. 7: The approvals regarding schedule of events for the year 2011-2012 is as under:-

i.      PLAN AT ALL LEVELS:- To increase self reliance and independency in the movement and commitment at all levels (Unit/ Vidyalaya/District/ Divisional)  to the Plan of KVS BS&G activities with considering the local need and available resources, it is approved that month wise achievable action Plan for the Year 2011-12 is permitted to prepare by themselves in the light of the directions of KVS BS&G State HQ vide letter F No. 110353/ 01/ 2009-KVS (Acad.)/ BS&G dated 28-02-2011. (Table)

ii.     schedule of events for the year 2011-2012:- It is approved that every region will organize, every year the following camps for S / G at suitable time (dates may be adjusted as per need) along with their own approved plan:-

iii.  The following programme / activity approved for sectional growing of Cubs and Bulbul:-

2	Chaturth Charan/HP	LA		Along with Flag Day in November.	HWB of concerned Section will be Camp Leader.
3	Pre- Golden Arrow Award Camp.	Regional Level		In Last week of January/ 1st week of February every year.	ALT of concerned Section will be Camp Leader.
	One best Sixer of the year of Cub and One best Sixer of the year of Bulbuls from a District will attend.
4	KVS National Level Get-together Golden Arrow Award camp along with Workshop of Teachers.		Regionally selected HWB with their sixer Leaders will attend the camp under and LT of concerned Section will be Camp Leader. The venue will be New Delhi or near the venue of BS&G HQ Camp/ KV Palwal.
5	Golden Arrow Award camp.		One best sixer of the State with Unit Leader.
