Please refer Page No. 31, Item No. 09, Point No II of the above mentioned letter, which is reproduced as under:-

(II) State Award for the period ending on 31-03-2011 will be considered to be given to one applicant of each section (Scout, Guide, Cub and Bulbul),  who is still having meritorious record and assessed as the senior most contributor of the KVS BS&G movement in the Region/ Division as per the evaluation scheme of “RAWAT RECOMMENDATIONS-2010”.

You are requested to go through the letter No. F. 110353/06/2009/ RO D.DUN/ BS&G dated 12-05-2010/ 06-07-2010 as “RAWAT RECOMMENDATIONS-2010” Point No. 1 to 6 (copy enclosed) to be considered while processing, selecting, recommending and forwarding the name of suitable person for the 2^nd  Phase of State Award.

        You are requested to recommended the names of eligible and selected applicants to this office latest by 25-03-2012, in the following table along with (i) a copy of application with folder of supporting documents, (ii) citation of the Principal/ Group Leader, (iii) citation of the District Chief Commissioner, (iv) copies of the section wise (Scout, Guide, Cub and Bulbul) regional assessment Sheets and (v) recommendation letter of concerned Dy. Commissioner, KVS;

On the basis of the work in KVS BS&G up to 31-03-11 applicant assessed as Senior most contributor in concerned section of the BS&G movement in the Region.
