            Sub: Divisional Awards function on 22.02.2012 – reg

Sir,

            As per the decision taken during the BS&G Divisional Executive Committee meeting held at KV Picket on 16.01.2012, the Divisional Awards function will be conducted at KV 1 Tirupati on 22.02.2012 during Thinking Day Celebrations.  In this connection, the following points may be noted for compliance:

1)    The entire function will be for two-three hours. 

2)   Two or Three Cultural items will be presented by KV 1 Tirupati, KV 2 Tirupati and KV Venkatagiri.

3)   Divisional Executive Committee members, as per the list attached will only attend the function along with the award winners.

4)   As per KVS Hqrs circular, the total expenditure on each awardee would be Rs.5000/- which includes a shawl, a shriphal (metal one), a memento and a certificate.

5)   The expenditure on the conduct of Divisional Award function will initially be borne by KV 1 Tirupati, which will be reimbursed by the Divisional fund on submission of bills/vouchers in original.

The following Adult leaders have been selected for the Divisional Award 2011 from Hyderabad Division.

1)    Sri V Sanjeevan, ALT (S)/TGT(P&HE), KV NPA Shivarampally, Hyderabad

2)   Ms Supti Chakravorty, Pre-ALT (G)/TGT(Sci), KV Bolarum

You are requested to make all necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the Divisional Awards Function on 22.02.2012.  Necessary instructions may be conveyed to all the Principals concerned in this regard.
