Sir/Madam,

1.      In continuation to this office letters mentioned above, you are requested to conduct a Divisional Executive Committee / ACs meeting in 3^rd week of December 2011 with a competent Trainer of Scout/ Guide Section in order to review and reform your Strategic Divisional action plan for the remaining period of the year 2011-2012 to meet up and achieve the targets of KVS BS&G in the light of the Minute of KVS BS&G – 2011 which were forwarded to you vide this office letter number F. 11021/1/2011-KVS/ Admn. II / 423 Dated 23-07-2011.

2.      In this regard you may please direct to all District Commissioner (Scout) and District Commissioner (Guide) to prepare a Broacher/ report of the year till date of the contribution and achievement of the concerned section of the District and forward it to you latest by 15-12-2011 with a copy to DCC of the concerned District.

        You are also requested to issue the direction to all the DCC, DC and Group Leaders (Principals) for reformation of their strategy Action Plan for the remaining period of the Year 2011-2012 to achieve the targets of the movement.
