On the subject cited above, I am to convey the approval of competent authority to depute Cub/ Bulbul of your region as per above referred circular of National Headquarters of BS&G. The detail is as under:-

Chandigarh	06 Cubs and 06 Bulbuls	Senior Cub/ Bulbul (who are working as Sixer Leader in the Pack/ Flock) from Class 4th or 5th from nearest KV of the venue.      Cubs from a School and Bulbuls from another School.	The BS&G National Youth Complex, (NH 24) Gadpuri, Distt. Palwal, Haryana.	19-02-12 .to 23-02-12
2	Delhi

2.   The event is National Level, with KVS other State of India will also participate in it. The selected escort (Unit Leader/ Cub Master/ Flock Leader) will represent KVS in this event. The selected escort/ Unit Leader (UL) should thoroughly go through the above referred circular for strict compliance and preparation. There is enough time for the preparation of Cubs/ Bulbuls, the concerned UL must focus on inculcation the ability to participate in the activities mentioned in the enclosed circular. Beside preparation the required materials is also to be carried from School for exhibition and competition.

        You are requested to depute selected Cubs and Bulbuls as per the above quota please.
