Sir/ Madam,

Every year BS&G HQ organizes the event of Golden Arrow Award Ceremony at National Level and a big number of Cubs and Bulbuls from other States are participating in it, but KVS was deprived, not applying for the same and not participating in it.

It is my pleasure to inform you that first time applications of the following Cubs and Bulbuls of KVS selected by the National Headquarters of BS&G for Golden Arrow Award Badge and Certificate:-

      In this regard, you are requested to motivate Cub Masters and Flock Leaders of your region through concerned DCCs / DCs and Principals to implement excellent preparatory programme of Cubs/ Bulbuls in KVs/ Unit and train Cubs and Bulbuls in such a way that they can also successfully participate in the Golden Arrow Award Ceremony of Cubs and Bulbuls at National Level.
