Sub:- Payment of Interest against late payment of Individual Registration Fee (IRF) for the Census Year 2009-2010 & Affiliation Fee 2010-2011.

Sir/ Madam,

With reference to your letter NO. BSG/ NHQ/ AC/1741/2011 dated 09-09-2011 and NO. BSG/ NHQ/ AC/IRF-2011/2043/2011 dated 23-09-2011, on the subject cited above, I am to inform you that, KVS is fully financed by the Government of India and working directly under the Ministry of HRD with Autonomous status. The Government organizations are not supposed to pay interest on transaction between sister governmental organizations. The KVS BS&G already paid Rs. 5,50,398/- vide DD No. 402390 dated 31-05-2011, which was forwarded from this office on 03-06-2011 and was received at your office  on 07-06-2011.

In this regard, you are requested to waive off the liability of paying interest on above amount.

Inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.
