In continuation to this office letter of even number dated 19-12-2011, on subject cited above, I am to inform you that the ensuing Prime Minister Shield Competition Rally and Award Distribution Ceremony was fixed at the Bharat Scouts and Guides, NCTC New Ashok Nagar, Delhi from 4^th to 8^th January 2012 has now been postponed due to the emergency meeting of the Hon’ble Minister of Youth Affairs & Spots Government of India who will proceed to the Foreign Country during these days.

You are requested to kindly communicate the information of postponement of the above cited Rally to the concerned units and also direct them not to proceed to Delhi for attending the above cited Rally.

The next date of the above cited Rally will be communicated to you after receiving the confirmation from the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports Govt. of India.
