Dear Sir/Madam,

            We are glad to inform you that the National Level Cub / Bulbul Utsav will be conducted at the Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Youth Complex, Gadpuri from 19^thFebruary to 23^rd February 2013. Following are the details of the event:

Venue:                         :	Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Youth Complex, Gadpuri Dist- Palwal, Haryana
Date of Arrival:	19th February, 2013 before lunch
Date of Departure:	23rd February, 2013 after lunch
How to Reach:	Gadpuri is situated on Delhi- Mathura Road in between Palwal and Ballabhgarh (Just 10 Km. from Ballabhgarh & Palwal) from Faridabad/Ballabhgarh/Palwal/Delhi (Sarai Kale Khan) Buses are available for Palwal, get down at Gadpuri Scout Bus Stand. Auto services are also available from Ballabhgarh and Palwal to get down at Gadpuri Scout Bus Stand.
Who can attend:	Cub/Bulbul between the age of 7 to 10 years and completed Tritya Charan/Suvarna Pankh are eligible to attend the Utsav.
Quota:	CUBS:  12 BULBULS: 12 LEADERS: 02 + 02 = 04 TOTAL                  28
Development Fees:	Rs.50/= from each Cub/Bulbul, Rs.100/=from each Adult Leaders.
Special Fee:	Rs.30/= from each Cub/Bulbul & Adult Leaders
Total:	Total Rs.80/=per Cub & Bulbul, and Rs.130/= per Adult Leader will have to be paid at the time of Registration.
Financial Assistance:	Actual Bus Fare and 2nd /Sleeper Class Concessional Train Fare will be reimbursed by the National Headquarters on Production of photocopy of train tickets and Bus tickets in original. Bus fare will be paid for the route (Where there are no train services).  Deluxe/Volvo Buses or Taxi/Auto is not admissible.
What to Bring:	Following materials is must to be carried by each Participant: Two sets of correct and complete uniform as per APRO Part-II and III, Warn Clothing, Warm Bedding, Costume for cultural items ( Red Flower & Kalrav), Materials for Totam Pole, Costumes for Tara Story/ Jungle Dance, Wings for Bulbul Ring, Plate, Glass, Spoon, Mug, Toilet requisites, Candle, Water-Bottle, Torch, Pen, Note Book, Writing Materials, Materials for Handi-craft, drawing and Paintings, Paper Cutting etc. Weather will be Cold at Gadpuri during February, hence warm clothing should be brought.
Programme  &  Camp  Activities.	Following programme and activities will be organized in the Cub/Bulbul Utsav. All participants should come prepared with their costumes and musical instruments. They should bring the materials for exhibition and for other competitions to participate in these programme and activities.     Cub/Bulbul Greetings, Grand Salute, Jungle Dance/Tara Story, Six Corner/ Bulbul Tree, Story Telling, Play Acting, Model Making, Paper Cutting, Drawing, Painting, Group Song, Group Dance, Red Flower, Kalrav etc.
Application	The list of participating candidates should reach at National Headquarters on or before 30th January, 2013.
