Respected Sir/Madam,

              We are happy to inform you that the under mentioned leader of your state have been selected as staff for the Regional Level Cub/Bulbul Utsav. We shall be highly obliged to you if he / she is deputed.

He / she will be paid sleeper class train fare and actual bus fare on production of original tickets and DA as per National Headquarters rules. Free hospitality will be provided to them during the Utsav. The details are as follows.

                  They are requested to come prepared to work as full time staff. Following materials is a must to be carried by each staff – Light bedding, track suit, correct & complete uniform as per APRO part II & III, working uniform, and other personal requisite for the camp.
