Sir / Madam,

As per the schedule of events of  the Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters the SANDHAN is proposed to be held at National Youth Complex, Gadpuri, Haryana from 16^th to 20^th August, 2012.

The Sandhan is a meet of the members of the Training Team in the Country. It shall meet periodically to make recommendations in respect of the Scheme of Training of Adult Leaders, Leaders of Adults, Trainers and Youth Programme.

The Aim and Purpose of Sandhan is to review and revise the existing Scheme of Training for both Scout and Guide Wings and Boys/Girls Programme.

As we are having a big number of Trainers, in order to get suggestions from all the Trainers A Special Workshop for selected Trainers was also held at National Training Centre, Pachmarhi from 14^th to 18^th September, 2011. Four Regional Trainers Meet have been conducted in the month of June, 2012 at Regional Level.

All the State Training Commissioners are requested to please depute 5 Senior Trainers in Scout Wing(2 Scout, 2 Cub and 1 Rover Section) & 5 Senior Trainers from Guide Wing(2 Guide, 2 Bulbul and 1 Ranger Section). Ensure that all the sections should represent. The Senior Trainers who are having valid Hon’ble Charges and minimum Five years Experience are only eligible for the Sandhan. They are also requested to come prepared with all the suggestions and must bring the APRO Part II/III and Scheme of Training of the concerned wing. Enclosed herewith the reply slip. The reply slip should reach to the National Headquarters, New Delhi on or before 15^th July 2012.
