        On subject cited above we received two Original Log-Books from your region ( along with your office letter  No. F. 150353-2/202-KVS(BBSR)/ BS&G(PM Shield)/ 8247-253 dated 06-05 -2012) without Folder of Original Record, District Level result sheet of PMSC 2011-2012, the detail of it is as under:-

2.      The enclosed above mentioned log-Books may please be returned to KV concerned for further course of action as per BS&G norms and this office letter of even number dated 06-02-2012 (copy enclosed).

3.      You are requested to please direct to all the principals of your region to forward the PMSC Log-Book with folder/ Spiral (original) Record of PMSC Project Report of 2011-2012 in presentable manner to concerned District Commissioner for evaluation and further necessary action in the light of this office letter of even number dated 06-02-2012 (copy enclosed).

        KVS won 07 Gold and 07 Silver in the Inter State Competitions in 2011. This path of success is due to joint efforts of all the members and officials of the state. I hope it will be further enhanced with the success of proper implementation of the PMSC Community Development Project.
