Sub:- Registration Forms for Scouts / Guides Rashtrapati Puraskar Testing Camp-2012.

Sir/ Madam,

        In continuation to this office letter of even number dated 30-04-2012, on subject and reference cited above, please find enclosed herewith 20 Registration Forms for Scout Section and 20 Registration Forms for Guide Section.

2.      When filling the Forms at Vidyalaya by the Scout / Guide, concerned Unit Leaders and District Officials should be ensured about the progress of S/G and must take care of filling the forms as per the BS&G guidance.

3.      You are requested to issue the Forms to the selected and eligible S/G of concerned KVs through their DCC/ District Commissioner with necessary instruction for the success in the Prospective Rashtrapati Award Testing Camp 2012.

If, in any case, your region is in need of more forms then please send the requirement of the Forms immediately, in the light of this office letter dated 30-04-2012 to (copy enclosed).
