Sir/ Madam,
With reference to the NHQ BS&G
Circular No. 49/ 2012 dated 117-05-2012 (copy enclosed), on subject cited
above, I am to inform you that every year KVS HQ organizes the National Level Event
of “Golden Arrow Award Ceremony” and a number of States Cubs and Bulbuls are
participating in it. In the year 2011, due to the guidance of KVS BS&G
movement leaders and dedication of KVS teachers, 04 Cubs from KVS BS&G
Jaipur Region and 03 Bulbuls from Hyderabad region selected for Golden Arrow
Award at National Level.
2. This year, the guideline in this
regard, issued by BS&G NHQ vide above referred Circular which is attached
herewith and readily available at the following link:
3. The
prescribed applications for Golden Arrow Award are available at the State/
District HQ of neighboring states. Forms may be collected/ purchased from them
or requisition may be forwarded to this office through proper channel along
with detail of Cub/ Bulbul in the following table so that KVS BS&G SHQ may
arrange forms from National Headquarters of BS&G for the needy KVs.

4. You are requested to motivate
all DCCs
/ DCs/ principal of your jurisdiction for taking
necessary and possible steps for the advancement of Cubs and Bulbuls.
You are also requested to motivate Cub
Masters and Flock Leaders of your region, so that they may be able to do the
noble duty of the BS&G movement joyously, by giving training to the Cubs
and Bulbuls of KVS, in such a way that they can successfully participate in the
Golden Arrow Award Ceremony of Cub and Bulbuls at National Level.
