    Please find enclosed herewith DDs, which were returned by the National Headquarters of BS&G New Delhi vide letter Ref No. BSG/ 454/12012-13 dated 01-06-2012 (copy enclosed) due to the following short coming;

The DDs are in favour of “ KVS Regional Bharat Scouts & Guide” payable at Raipur/ Bhopal, instead of “The Director, Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters, New Delhi” payable at New Delhi.

You are requested to send fresh DD in favour of  “The Director, Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters, New Delhi” payable at New Delhi at the earliest possible as per above referred letter.
