Sub:-  Training of Teachers (Escorts-SM/GC) and Youth ( Scouts and Guides) in the    forthcoming Perfect Health Mela.

Dear Sir,                                                                                                 

          With reference to the letters dated 01-10-2011 received from the President of Heart Care Foundation of India (HCFI), New Delhi, on subject cited above, I am to inform you that HCFI is working for the development of Youth Health for the last 25 years.

        To develop the Skill and competency of Scouts/ Guides and Leaders, the HCFI will provide training in Health Care, Training to work as Voluntary Trainer of Micro-Yoga-Trainers Training Project, Skilled First Aider including cardiac First Aid and awareness other health related aspects. Beside it in the Mela there will be a big opportunity for self learning to work as community Health Volunteers, such as participant may develop skill to work as Health mela organizer in their BS&G Group of KV concerned. The certificate will be issued by HCFI to the trained and tested participants of BS&G Members of KVS.

1	16-10-2011	Acharya Sushil Ashram, Defence Colony, New Delhi 9 AM to 1 PM	Scouts and Guides:-     Tritiya Sopan or Rajya Puraskar Patrol Leaders / Sr. Scouts/ Guides from Class VII/ VIII/ IX who are having nature to learn for personal growth and to contribute in others development should attend with their health chart, Diet Chart of Last Week and Log-Book. Escort/ Unit  Leader:-       At least Advance Trained SM/ GC/ FL/ CM who can get training and train others voluntarily should have their Dairy(MDCA). Limit of participant from a KV:-     10 Scouts and 10 Guides in proper Uniform (Every day opportunity to some different KV is to be given so that about 150 to 200 S/G and officials of different KVs may get training to lead the Project in KVS).
2	17-10-2011	Ansal Plaza From 4 P. M. (for three hours).
3	18-10-2011	Shri Fort Auditorium From 4 P. M.  (for three hours).
4	19-10-2011 .to 23-10-2011	Perfect Health Mela, NDMC Ground Laxmi Bai Nagar, (Near AIIMS) New Delhi from  8 AM to 8 PM.

        It is a Pilot Project of HCFI with KVS BS&G, to inspire the participants for charity work a Mela Kit may be provided from the Divisional Association Fund to the participants and officials of KVS BS&G which include APRO Book Part II & III, a P Cap, T- Shirt with BS&G logo, Note Book, Pen, Bag (with BS&G emblem).

Dr. (Mrs.) Vimla Verma, SOC (G) may be deputed to work as coordinator from your region she should give services to make the event grant success and provide all possible support to ease the learning.

The selected participant will report to the Director/ Event organizer of HCFI under proper escorting by SM/ GC at the above mentioned venue.

        You are requested to depute the participants accordingly.
