Sub.: Application of KVS BS&G LTs/ALTs to attend the Re-orientation Course  for Trainers (ROT) of Scout / Guide Wing.

Sir/Madam,

        On the subject cited above, you will be pleased to know that KVS is having fine band of ALTs and LTs those are contributing in the BS&G movement as trainer of Adult Leader and running Modal Units in the KVs where they are working.

Eligibility:-

        As per BS&G norms the ALTs/ LTs have to attend Re-Orientation Course, once in four years for refreshing their competency in the field of scouting movement and to make them skilled and aware about the changes occurred in the movement.

Procedure:-

i.      The KVS BS&G is having sponsored units, therefore, eligible and willing candidate should fill up his particulars in prescribed Performa and submit the same through his Principal, who in turn scrutinize the application and send to concerned District Chief Commissioner (DCC).

ii.      The DCC will recommend the application after establishing the eligibility and necessity in the District to ROs. Finally ROs will identify and select the eligible and dedicated applicants to send the names to STC concerned/ KVS HQ.

You are requested to select the candidates of your Region and please forward the names to this office at the earliest possible for further course of action.
