       In continuation to this office letter of even number dated 04-10-2011, please find enclosed herewith the message of Shri L. M. Jain, National Commissioner for information and necessary action.

       It is hoped that on 07-11-2011 by mass involvement of Scouts, Guides and Adult leaders on the occasion of the Flag Day, it will also be step towards ensuring visibility of KVS BS&G movement. On this occasion the Principals may be directed to organize a Vidyalaya/ Group Level Exhibition of the BS&G contributions and achievements with the help of Unit Leaders (Scout Masters, Guide Captains, Flock Leaders and Cub Masters).
