Sub:-  Celebration of BS&G Flag Day on 7^th November 2011.

Sir / Madam,

          With reference to the BS&G HQ letter Ref. No. BSG/NHQ/ D-A-A/1822/2011 (copy enclosed herewith), on subject cited above, please find enclosed herewith   27 Sheets/ 4, 914 flag stickers.

Please distribute these Stickers by involving Scouts and Guides and their Adult Leaders. The aim of the celebration is not only to reach the community with a view to popularize the movement but also to raise some funds for the BS&G at Vidyalaya level. Other modalities to celebrate the day are given below to facilitate action at your end.

1.         A sum of Rs. 2/- only is to be collected for each sticker. If some VIP wants to contribute more, not more than Rs.10/- (Maximum Rupees Ten) for each sticker is to be collected in any case.

2.         Meetings at different levels (Region/District/LA/ Group) with Scouts, Guides, all Adult leaders (SMs, GCs, FLs, CMs) and local dignitaries may be arranged at the earliest to prepare the strategy for 100% distribution of Flag Day stickers in befitting manner.

3.         All the sections of Scout and Guide wings (Cub, Bulbul, Scout and Guide) and Adult Leaders may be involved in the celebration.

4.         The KVs should send account with full amount so collected to the Regional Office concerned with a bank draft in favour of “KVS Divisional Association Fund of BS&G” payable at the city of the regional office within a period of 10 days after the Flag Day Celebration.

5.         Then Regional office should send the whole amount to the State Secretary KVS HQ in a single Draft. The Draft should be in favour of “The State Treasurer, KVS BS&G State Association Fund” payable at New Delhi with following detail, latest by 30-11-2010, so that the same amount may be forwarded to NHQ BS&G as per the rule timely.
