In continuation to my telephonic message dated 09-11-2011, please find enclosed herewith a copy of this office letter F.110353/03/2011-KVS (Acad.)/BS&G dated 09-11-2011, vide which Mrs. Meenakshi Vishwanathan, LT(G) PRT (Music) KV Coimbatore and Assistant State Training Commissioner (Guide) KVS BS&G is deputed to attend the National Level Special Integration Camp at National Youth Complex, BS&G, Gadpuri (at NH-24) Haryana from 16-11-2011 to 20-11-2011 as Resource Person-Staff.

        Mrs Meenakshi Vishwanathan reported in the above mentioned camp (her contact No. 09489605799), she is a competent leader of KVS BS&G movement, her availability in the vicinity may be utilized in your KV on 20-11-2011/ 21-11-2011  for the development of the BS&G activities specially  work related to Rajya Puraskar, Rashtrapati Award, Proficiency Badges Training, Community Service, National Integration Project, the Prime Minister’s Shield Competition, KVS BS&G Teacher’s Diary “MDCA”, exhibition of Vidyalaya S/G work etc.

        You are requested to organize and inaugurate the exhibition of her contribution and achievement in the movement for the awareness among Unite Leaders (SM/GC/CM/FL), Scouts and Guide of your Vidyalaya, if possible.
