On subject cited above, I am to convey the approval of competent authority to depute Scout/Guide of your region under proper escorting by the HWB/ advanced trained competent Unit Leaders. The camp detail is as under:-

1.	Hyd.	08 Guides and 08 Scouts	i. At School opportunity is to be given to Tritiya Sopan, Best PL Scout/ Guide from Class VIII/ IX after selection procedure. ii. KV Quota: One Scout or Guide   from a KV.	AP State Training Centre, Jeedimetla (Andhra Pradesh).	28-11-11 .to 02-12-11	National Level Standard Judging Camp.

2.       The event is Inter State competition, therefore, each participant is to be selected by the Principal/ GL concerned after arranging competition (in 10 competitive skills given in referred circular) at Vidyalaya level.

3.       The Principal and Unit Leader of the selected participate should arrange rehearsal as much as necessary with other Patrol Members to build the confidence of S/G.

4.       However, before commencing journey to venue of the camp, a Get-together and combined rehearsal of all the participants may be arranged under the supervision of DCC/ DC, if necessary.

5.       The participants should report at the venue on 28-11-2011 before lunch in proper Uniform. For further details please visit on the website of the Bharat Scouts and Guides;
