            With reference to Kendriya Vidyalaya Moradabad letter No. F. 3-21 KV /MBD 2011-12 dated 29 - 10 - 2011, please find enclosed a certificate of “Recognition and Authorization” of Advanced Course for Scout Masters of Dehradun Region, in respect of Sh. M. P. Singh, TGT (Hindi) of KV Moradabad and ALT(S) KVS BS&G, to conduct a Advanced Course for Scoutmaster as proposed.
