Sub:- NEW GUIDELINE FOR REFORMATION OF KVS BS&G DISTRICTS AND WORK DISTRIBUTION AMONG OFFICIALS OF DISTRICT ASSOCIATION.

Madam/ Sir,

Please refer the Minutes of the Meeting of the KVS BS&G Association held 24-06-2011, Item No. 04 Point No 05, vide which the formation of 04 District in a Region/ Division approved. The guideline for formation of 04 Districts and work distribution among the officials of District Association of KVS State of BS&G is enclosed as Annexure-I. The officials of Division will continue as per guideline 2005, which was produced in the KVS Annual Report 2005 (copy enclosed).

2. You are requested to appoint the District Chief Commissioners (DCC) for all the 04 District on behalf of the SCC and direct to DCC to form the their District Association immediately for doing required improvement in Action Plan 2011-12 at all levels and fixing the target of individual official/ALT/LT in the light of the Minutes of KVS BS&G 2011. 3. You are also requested to send the required detail of some District official mentioned in the enclosed Proforma Annexure-II to Dr. B. Islam SOC (monitor of the BS&G activity in KVS) latest by 25-08-2011 so that he may prepare the warrants of DCC well in time. All other warrants numbers up to District level will be issued from RO concerned.
