Sub: -  The Recognition and Award for Adult Leaders of KVS BS&G.

Madam/ Sir,

Please refer the Minutes of the Meeting of the KVS BS&G Association held on 24-06-2011, Item No. 04, Point No 09, vide which in order to motivate KVS Teachers and to recognise the services of dedicated teacher from the level of School ( Group / Units) to State the following points have been approved for detail please refer enclosed guideline (Table 32/06 and 33/07):-

1.       The recognition certificate at Group/ Vidyalaya should be issued by the Principal concerned.

2.       The recognition certificate at Cluster Level / LA (if any) will be issued by ADC / DC (S/G) on the recommendation of the Principal/ Group Leader.

3.       The District Award  certificate will be issued by the DCC on recommendation of the concerned Principal as Group Leader, DTC, DOC and DC S/G.

4.       The Divisional Award system will continue vide letter 2005, however the revised norms of expenditure for the Divisional award are as under:-

Rs/ 5,000/- per award – there will be four such awards amounting to Rs. 20, 000/-.

5.       The KVS BS&G State Awards will be re-started with following modifications:-

( I ) State Award for the period ending on 31-03-2010, considered to be given on recommendation of the concerned AC to one applicant of the region who is having Divisional Award and still continuing in KVS BS&G service with meritorious record and assessed as senior most contributor of the KVS BS&G movement in the concerned Region/ Division.

(II) State Award for the period ending on 31-03-2011 will be considered to be given to one applicant of each section (Scout, Guide, Cub and Bulbul),  who is still having meritorious record and assessed as the senior most contributor of the KVS BS&G movement in the Region/ Division as per the evaluation scheme of “RAWAT RECOMMENDATIONS-2010”.

 (III) State Award for the period ending on 31-03-2012 will be considered to be given to the KVS BS&G contributor, on the prescribed application (which will be issued by KVS HQ in the month of March-2012, for the KVS BS&G members who are fulfilling the eligibility conditions.

In this regard, please forward the name of the suitable person, if any, for the 1^st Phase of State Award-2011, vide above mentioned Point No. 05 Para ( I ). Your proposal should reach to this office latest by 15-10-2011, the applications/ proposals received at this office after 15-10-2011 will be considered for the next phases of State Award-2011.

                   You are requested to implement the above scheme of Award in your region with immediate effect.
