Maximum 04 Awards )	Local Association (LA) / Cluster Level	Best Unit leader awardees after two years service of the movement as Trained Unit Leader	Successful Trained 04 TS Scouts/ Guides or similar Standard Cub/ Bulbul	Advanced Trained and working on/ completed TS Project.	At the occasion of DS Camp.	A Shawl, a Shriphal, a Memento and a Certificate.
3	The Best SM/ GC/ FL/ CM award of the District (Maximum 04 Awards)	District Level	After three year service of the movement Group or LA Level awardees	Successful Trained at least a Rajya Puraskar S/G or Chaturth Charan Cub/ Heerak Pankh Bulbul.	Successfully completed TS Project Work issued by the State.	At the occasion of TS Camp.	A Shawl, a shriphal, a Memento and a Certificate.
4	Divisional Awards (to the Best UL of each section,  who have award of the District. Maximum 04 Awards)	Divisional / Regional Level	After District Award five year service of the KVS BS&G movement at least at District Level.	Successful Trained  at least 01 Rashtrapati S/G or a Golden Arrow Awardees Cub/ Bulbul.	At least HWB Parchment Holders	At the occasion of Regional level  Camp/ Rally/ March.	A Shawl, a shriphal, a Memento and a Certificate.
5	State Award	KVS BS&G National Level/ State Level	After Divisional Award five year continuous meritorious service in KVS BS&G at least at District Level.	Successfully Trained  05 Rashtrapati S/G or 05 Golden Arrow Awardees Cub/ Bulbul/ prepared at least 40 Advanced trained teachers in the State	Pre-ALT and above.	At the occasion of Rajya Puraskar Camp.	A Shawl, a shriphal, a Memento and a Certificate.
6	BS&G National Award	BS&G National Level	After receiving State level recognition/ Award 05 years continuous meritorious service of KVS BS&G.	prepared at least 40 HWBs in concerned section of KVS BS&G.	Leader Trainer	NHQ will decide	As per NHQ BS&G Norms
