Dear Sir/Madam,

We are happy to inform you that the Scouts and Guides of Belgium are organizing an International Jamboree from 29^th July to 08^th August 2013 at De Kluis in Belgium.

Preliminary information regarding the Jamboree is given below:-  

Name of the Event	:	JamBe – 2013, A World of Imagination – International Jamboree Belgium.
Dates	:	29th July to 08th August 2013
Venue	:	Scouting Centre “Hopper De Kluis” near Brussels, Belgium.
Eligibility	:	Scouts & Guides aged between 14 to 18 years old and their leaders above 18 years old.
Fees	:	Caution Money:- Rs. 3000/-, Non-refundable; if selected and not participated. Camp Fee:- € 240 for participants & leaders  Rs. 17,358/- € 175 for staff members/ IST’s    Rs. 12,654/- Which includes Stay, Food, Activities, Excursions, some nice gadgets, etc. Transportation to and from train stations/ airports implies an extra cost. Airfare from Delhi to Brussels & back    Rs. 49,077/- (Approx.) (Delhi-Doha-Brussels-Doha-Delhi) (Subject to Change) Total amount per participant –                         Rs. 69,435/- (Approx.) What to bring	:	Two sets of complete and correct uniform as per APRO Part II/III, Sleeping bag and mat, Plate & Mug, Shoes, Sleepers, NSO Flag, National Flag, C.D. of National Anthem, National Costume, CD to present cultural programme of India, personal kits (Toiletries and medicines), torch, water bottle, knife, note book, Rope, Decoration and Exhibition materials, Readymade camp gadgets etc.
