  In this regard, It is approved that we may create an example by using this media in Positive and constructive way.

it is also approved that;

i.                  Experimentally all KVS Uniformed members allowed to use “facebook” for publicity of KVS BS&G activities, sharing of information and as a teaching tool of the scouting movement.

ii.                The Patrol Leaders may also join this activity under supervision of Unit Leader or parent.

1.  International Participation of Scouts/ Guides/ Cubs/Bulbuls:- 

      For boosting the movement and to give inspiration for participation in BS&G National Level Events KVS BS&G, it is approved that KVS will participate in Inter National Events and guideline for the same will be issued by KVS HQ in due course of time.

2.  Payment of Uniform Allowance:-

   It is approved that the Uniform Allowance to all eligible applicants will be given every alternative year w.e.f 2012-2013 there is no change in the conditions which were mentioned in the KVS HQ letter F. 110353/11/2011-KVS (Acad.)/ BS&G dated 17-08-2011.

        It is also approved that the Uniform Allowance to all eligible applicants will be paid from the VVN of the concerned KV, in any case if funds are not available in VVN then fund may be get from KVS BS&G Divisional Association Fund of the concerned Division/ Region, if in any case the Divisional fund is not available to fulfil the demand then ROs may send requirement of Fund from the KVS BS&G State Association Fund.

3.  Scouts and Guides Rajya Puraskar (State Award) Testing Camp-2012.

      It is proposed that this year the testing camp will be conducted in two phases with following modalities;-

1.   Pre-Rajya Puraskar Testing camp at Regional Level by Regional Examiners.

2.   Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp at Zonal Level from 16-07-2012 to 20-07-2012 (five days) as per letter dated 02-07-2012.
