Sub:   Re-orientation Course for Trainers (Scout Wing) &

Re-orientation Course for Trainers (Guide Wing).

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are glad to inform you that Four Regional Level Re-orientation Courses for Trainers (Scout and Guide Wing) will be conducted. The details of the courses are as follows.

	111th (SW) & 105th (GW)	Eastern & N.E.Region	STC, Kursiang, Darjeeling, West Bengal	12th to 16th Feb., 2013
2	Arrival	First Day : Before 08.00 AM. Registration at 09.00 Hrs. (in proper uniform). Late comers will not be admitted.
3	Departure	Last Day : After 04.00 PM . (Accordingly return reservation may be made).
4	Fee	Development Fee Rs. 100/- + Special Fee Rs. 50/- = Total Rs. 150/- only.
5	Financial Assistance	Free hospitality during the course will be provided. 50% Concessional 2nd Class Train fare and actual bus fare (where there is no train service) will be reimbursed on production of T.E. Bill along with Bus tickets in original & Photocopies of Train tickets. Please bring photocopies of Train Tickets.
6	Who can Attend	Assistant Leader Trainers and Leader Trainers of Scout wing & Guide wing those who are due for Re-orientation are eligible to attend the course. Trainers should be physically fit and be able to perform the activities of the camps and courses and as per Scheme of Training must have assisted or conducted the courses required for renewal of Hon'ble Charge.
7	What to Bring	Usual camp kit, 2 Sets of Uniform as per APRO II / III. Scout Wing: (Black shoes with lace, black socks, HWB Scarf, Woggle, Nylex Belt etc). Guide Wing: (Black shoes, camel color socks, HWB scarf, woggle, Nylex belt etc). General Camp Kit: Mosquito net, personal medicines, bedding, torch, odomos tube, notebook, chart paper, pen, pencil, marker pen, woolen cloth etc. are required. Books : APRO Part I, II / III, Scheme of Training, Job Profile.
8	Last Date	45 days before commencement of the course.

Applications of candidates duly recommended by State Training Commissioner (S/G) should reach at National Training Centre, Pachmarhi before last date i.e. 45 days before the commencement of the course. The Trainers should apply only for his Regional Course. No one will be permitted to attend in any other Regional Course. The Final Information Letter with the list of eligible Trainers will be communicated to state . Preference will be given to the Trainers who’s is Hon'ble Charge is pending for renewal because of ROT. No Trainers will be allowed in the course without Final Information letter. An application form is enclosed. Your co-operation is solicited.
