 Sir/ Madam,

        In continuation to this office letter of even number dated 30-04-2012/ 20-06-2012 and telephonic message dated 28-06-2012, on subject cited above, please find enclosed herewith Registration Forms for Scout Section/ Registration Forms for Guide Section as per detail given below:-

When filling the Forms (at Vidyalaya) by the Scout / Guide, concerned Unit Leaders and District Officials should be ensured about the progress of S/G and must take care of filling the forms as per the BS&G guidance.

        You are requested to issue the Forms to the selected and eligible S/G of concerned KVs through their DCC/ District Commissioner with necessary instruction for the success in the Prospective Rashtrapati Award Testing Camp 2012.

        If, in any case there is additional requirement of forms for this year, then please purchase from NHQ BS&G as this office can’t supply more forms.
