Madam / Sir,

            With reference to above referred letter this region has been given the responsibility of conducting Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp-2012 (Northern Region) from 16^th to 20^th July 2012. You are requested to send contingent (S/G) of your region as per following details-

1. Venue  (Scouts)                                  - K.V. Aliganj, Lucknow

Venue (Guides)                                   - KV Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

2. Duration of the Camp                         - From 16.07.2012 to 20.07.2012
3. Date of Arrival                                     - 15.07.2012
4. DA                                                  - @ 200/- per day per participant, Escorts &Officials
5. KIT                                                      - Two sets of S/G Uniform, Change over clothes,

 Personal toiletries, bed sheets, All certificates from

   Pravesh to Tritiya Sopan, DOB, Proficiency Badge

   Record and certificates, 3mtr cotton rope with ends

   Whipped, personal medicines if using regularly,  

   B.P’s Six uniform, Material for camp craft etc.

      6.   Local Conveyance                      - Local conveyance will be made available on          

                                                                payment from Lucknow Rly Station to venues which

                                                                         are approximately 12 KM from Rly station in 

                                                                     different directions.    Public transport (Buses &

                                                                         Autos) are available all the time.

7.    Respective Contingent Leaders should submit a list of students along with all required information (Annexure-II of above referred letter) in soft copy as well as hard copy at the time of registration.

8.    Prior intimation is requested to attend the contingent at Rly. Station. For this kindly mail  information in the following format latest by 13.07.2012.

9.    The size of contingent should be strictly as per quota decided by KVS BS&G.

10.  Contingent Leaders and all concerned may please go through the above referred letter and act accordingly. No point of above letter should be violated.

11.  Each contingent should bring material for Exhibition.

12.  It will be strictly compulsory for all Contingent Ldrs, Asstt. Contingent Ldr and escorts to wear correct and complete uniform of the scouting section they belong.

13.  It will be compulsory for escorts to live along with their students in the same room.

14.  The Deputy Commissioner of participating regions are requested to depute at least one SM and one GC (LT/ALT and if LT/ALT is not available then Pre-ALT) from their region to act as Examiners.  They should report in the F/N of 15.07.2012 at respective venues.

15.  Examiners may be relieved a day after the Rajya Puraskar is over to finalize the results.
