Sub:-      Conversion of some weekends into community service.

Dear Sir/Madam,

       In continuation to my letter to Unit Leaders dated 19-01-2012, It is my proud privilege to communicate my sincere thanks to you for your contribution and achievement (refer MDCA) in the Scouting Movement like a devotee volunteer. However, beside your other regular and normal activities, the Scouting movement, especially youth members of the State are in need of your more voluntary contribution. Please enrich and supplement Scouts, Guides, Cubs and Bulbuls before end of the session 2011-2012.

It is my humble request; please covert some of your weekends into community service by organizing short duration Unit Level ideal Camps of your Unit periodically. It may be Proficiency Badge Camp, PMSC Camp, DS, TS, Rajya or Rashtrapati Puraskar preparatory Camp, CD Camp etc.

During the camp or after the camp achiever participants should be suitably recognized by the Principal on the stage of School for inspiration of them and stimulation of others. The Patrol Leaders of other Units of Group may be involved as you deem proper.

Please train Patrol Leaders in various skills given in APRO, make them skilled self-reliance citizen for the sake of country.
