Sub:- Annual Training Report (ATR) of 2009-2010, 2010-11 and 2011-12 in prescribed Performa and  Renewal of Hon’ble Charge of KVS BS&G ALTs/ LTs.

Sir/ Madam,

        Please find enclosed herewith a letter from BS&G National Training Centre Pachmarhi, bearing letter No. S-4-7/4634/ 2012 dated 04-01-2012, regarding Renewal of Hon’ble Charge of 04 ALTs/LTs of KVS, vide which Hon’ble Charge will not be renewed as the courses mentioned in the “Biennial Reports” cannot be verified from Annual Training Report (ATR) of KVS BS&G.

        A copy of the enclosed NTC letter is to be forwarded to all ALT/ LT of your region for preparation of ART as ALT/ LT with the following instructions:-

i.    The individual ALT/ LT should prepare his/ her computerized individual Annual Training Report (ATR) for three years; 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012.

ii.   After duly preparing of it, a copy should be e-mailed through Principal concerned to DCC, DC, DTC, DOC, STC of concerned section latest by 10-02-2012, for record and further course of action.

iii.  A copy of the ATR is to be forwarded to undersigned latest by 15-02-2012 with a copy of short report on KVS BS&G “My Dairy of Contribution and Achievement (MDCA) 2011-12 verified by the Group Leader Principal concerned so that it may be used as authentic document as and when needed.

        You are requested to forward a copy of the enclosed NTC letter to ALTs/ LTs of your region with the request to prepare a computerized individual Annual Training Report as ALT/ LT for three years; 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 as desired above.
