Sir/ Madam,

As per the requirement received from Regional Offices forms for Rashtrapati Scouts and Guides Award Testing Camp-2011 were forwarded from this office. These forms should be duly filled with utmost care in all respect (as per the NHG BS&G Circular No. 26/2011 dated 18-02-2011 which was forwarded to you with the Forms) and signed by the Applicant, SM/ GC, Head of the Institution, Distt. Commissioner, Distt. Secretary. A Photostat copy of the Form should be provided to the applicant and a copy should be kept at all levels.

ROs should send correct and complete finally selected forms in triplicate with CD to this office latest by 25^th May 2011 for necessary action at this office and onward transmission to NHQ BS&G.
