Kindly find enclosed herewith the Circular NO. 32/ 2011 dated 16-03-2011 received from National Headquarters of Bharat Scouts and Guides, you are requested to circulate the same to District Chief Commissioners KVS BS&G under you jurisdiction.

The District Chief commissioner of the concerned District will send two entry forms i.e. one from Scout Section other from Guide Section to your office for further selection at your level.

You are requested to send only one nomination entry form from your Division to this office latest by 25^th June 2011, however the LOG BOOK for the same should be submitted to this office before 25^th August 2011. For other information please refer enclosed circular.
