Sir/ Madam,

With reference to the Asstt. Director N.R. BS&G letter (which received at this office on 04-04-2011), a National Level Workshop of Testing Team for Rashtrapati Scouts and Gudes will be held from 17^th to 21^st June 2011 at National Training Centre, Pachmarhi M.P. and we have to forward the names latest by 08-04-2011.

It is very useful workshop for Trainers and Examiners of Rashtrapati Scouts and Guides and our Units are lacking behind in this field vide Result of Rashtrapati Scout and Guide 2010 (which was communicated to your earlier). For KV teachers it is not unachievable task to give high standard training to Scouts, Guides, Cubs and Bulbuls. Only motivation and opportunity is to be provided to the dedicated teachers.

Eligibility & Selection Procedure:- The DC/ DCC is requested to inspire and provide the opportunity to the willing, young and energetic HWB holders, those are not taking the Board subject one from Scout Section and one from Guide Section. At RO level select only one candidate from a District.
