Sir,

I am to convey the approval of the competent authority to depute one Scout Master and one Guide Captain from local KVs of Corba to assist as full time staff members in National Level Tribal/ Grameen Scout/ Guide/ Rover/ Ranger Meet scheduled to be held at Priya Darshani Indira Stadium, T.P. Nagar, Corba, Chattisgarh from 23^rd Feb, 2011 to 27^th Feb. 2011. The deputed staff members should report at the venue 22-02-2011 (A/N).

After participation the deputed teachers must send an activity wise report (through Proper Channel) of the Meet with comment about implementation of the same event in KVS BS&G.

You are requested to direct deputed teacher to contact Mr. S.S. Chamoli, Dy. Dirctor (BP) BS&G (on Mobile: 09910177227) as they are deputed in place of some other KVS staff members/ for guidance (if any) before reporting at the venue.
