Sub:- KVS BS&G Unit/ Vidyalaya/District/ Division/ State Level month wise tentative Action Plan for the Year 2011-12- reg.

Every year KVS BS&G conducting its activity at various level. The annual activity Plan for the year 2010-11 was communicated to all ROs with the Agenda/ Minutes of the KVS BS&G State Association 2010. Now it is ending in this month but the desired results were not found, only 03 Guides and 23 Scouts become Rashtrapati Awardees in the session. The assessment exercised is to be conducted at all levels.

Now it is decided that at every level Tentative Action Plan for the coming academic year is to be prepared month wise by themselves and proposed to Group Committee/ Principal of the Vidyalaya/ DCC/ DC/ AC (as the case may be) for achievable targets, however it should be with considering the KVS BS&G norms, Local need and available resources. With the administrative officials the involvement of youth leaders (Young Unit leaders and PLs/ TLs/ CLs) in decision making at all levels is must to ensure the nature of movement. The Key technical persons: HWB Parchment Holders, ALTs and LTs of the vicinity are to be consulted Section wise: Scout, Guide, Cub and Bulbul.

At Vidyalaya level the Plan should be in working from the 1st week of the April 2011 by registering the Scouts/ Guides/ Cubs / Bulbuls and adult Leaders.

You are requested to finalize your Divisional Plan and send your proposal to be included in the State Plan, latest by 8^th March 2011 by e-mail, if any, so that the same may be submitted to the State Commissioner KVS for approval on 10-03-2011.
