SUB.:- KVS STATE RALLY cum PRE- JAMBOREE AND 16TH NATIONAL JAMBOREE OF BS&G – reg.
Sir/Madam,
In continuation to this office letter of even number dated 25-10-2010, on subject cited above, it is to inform that vide NHQ BS&G Circular No. 139/2010 KVS has to submit the list of the participants for Jamboree latest by 20th November 2010. Due to the shortage of time it has been decided to involve the venue Region i.e.

Other guidelines are given below:-
i. All above mentioned ROs will send the participants list as per the quota given above and make Railway reservation well in advance if required.
ii. Hyderabad Region will conduct Pre-Jamboree for above mentioned Regions for 5 days from 29-12-2010 to 02-01-2011 and after fixing the venue for Pre-Jamboree inform all concerned accordingly with other detail.
iii. The TA/DA of the Scouts and Guides will be born from VVN of the concerned KV.
iv. Hyderabad Region will also deposit all the dues of the Jamboree well in time from the KVS BS&G Divisional Association Fund and do necessary arrangement for the successful participation of KVS BS&G contingent in the Jamboree. If sufficient fund is not available in Divisional Account then an advance for the same may be demanded from KVS BS&G State Association Fund.
v. Selection of the Scouts & Guides from the Region should be as per previous letter but the opportunity is to be given in some ratio to each District/ Cluster/ LA as far as possible. Rashtrapati S/G, successful participants of PMSC and HWB Parchment Holder (as unit leader) may be given preference. If needed assistance of DCs, ALTs and LTs of the region may be availed in this regard but the decision of the AC concerned will be final in selection of Divisional contingent.
vi. While selecting the escorts, at least 50% may be selected from the Jamboree experienced unit leaders.
All the participating Regions should send final list of the selected candidates for Rally & Jamboree on or before 16th November 2010 directly to Ac Hyderabad in the tables provided by the NHQ BS&G(copy enclosed) in hard copy as well as in soft copy (by e-mail in attach file). RO Hyderabad should submit the same consolidated list of KVS contingent to AP State BS&G under intimation to this office.
This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
