Sir/Madam,

Please refer to the Minutes of KVS State of BS&G Annual Meeting– 2010 (the Item No.6 - Schedule of Events for the Year 2010-11), which was communicated to you vide this office letter F. No. 110353/ 11/ 2009 - KVS (Acad.)/ BS&G dated 14-07-2010. We hope that KVS BS&G units of your regions have started making preparations for active participation in the Divisional Rally, State Rally cum Pre-Jamboree and 16^th National Jamboree of BS&G.

However, regarding the State Rally cum Pre-Jamboree and 16^th National Jamboree of BS&G, I am to inform the detail as under:-

No	HEAD	DETAIL :-
1	Name of the Event	State Rally cum Pre-Jamboree and 16th National Jamboree of BS&G.
2	Theme	Disciplined Youth, Nation’s Pride.
3	Dates	03-09 January 2011.
4	Venue	Shankarapally, Rangareddy District, Hyderabad(Andhra Pradesh).
5	Eligibility	i. Scouts & Guides between the age group of 14 to 17 years. ii. At least Tritiya Sopan. iii. Having good record of community service and can train others in the skills.
6	Individual Kit:	Two sets of Scout/Guide Uniform, Sleeping Bag, Ruck-Sack, Torch, Water Bottle(Metal), Compass, Note Book, Personal Requisites, Plate, Mug, Spoon and other accessories necessary for Jamboree.
7	Display material for the Divisional Rally/ State Rally.	Vidyalaya Level - Group Achievement, Best Log- Book of the Unit work. Display material on Community Service, CD Work and copy of the record of PM Shield work. Activity Log-Book on Health Awareness Drive (HAD Programme). Gadget materials, Camp Craft materials, Decoration material (Patrol wise). Colour Party Material and other material as per need.
8	Skill-0-Rama	Material related to the Skill-O-Rama activity with ability of demonstrating and giving training to the others during Rally/ Jamboree.
9	Jamboree attractions.	Parasailing, River Rafting, Rock Climbing, Night-Hike, Trekking, Route march, March Past, Gate Making, Camp Fire, Physical Display, Patrol-in-Council, Youth Forum, All Faith Prayers, Band Display, Pageant Show, Exhibition, Folk Dances. Colour Party etc.

The information regarding participation of the Divisional contingent in the State Rally & National Jamboree will be given shortly.

You are requested to direct to the Principals of KVs under your jurisdiction to evaluate the preparation of the Vidyalayas/ BS&G Group for participation in the forth coming Rally/ Jamboree with full involvement.

This issues with the approval of the DC (Acad.) & State Commissioner (Scout).
