Sir / Madam,

In continuation to this office letter No. F. F.180353/2009/KVS (DDR) / dated 25-09-2008 (Copy enclosed herewith), you are requested to send the report of BS&G activities conducted so far at the Vidyalaya level in this session from 01-04-2008 to till date in the following format with supporting documents and media report (if any) to this office with copies to the District Commissioners Concerned.

2. You are also requested to prepare a tentative comprehensive BS&G activity programme considering individual, Vidyalaya and local needs, District, Divisional and KVS Hqrs. for the Session 2009-10 with a copy to this office and copies to the District Commissioners concerned.

You are requested to furnish the above mentioned information to District Commissioners concerned and this office latest by 20- 03-2009 positively so that the same may be considered in the annual programmme of Distric / Division 2009-10 of Dehradun Division.

The District Commissioner (Scout / Guide) KVS BS&G Dehradun Division & Principal KV Upper Camp/ NER Bareilly / No.2, HBK, D.Dun / JLA Bareilly with the request to arrange compilation of the above report and programme Vidyalaya wise and conduct a meeting at suitable time and date in the Month of March 2009 with one or two Sr. Adult Leader/s of your section. You are also requested to prepare a tentative District Level progrmme and submit to this office for consideration latest by 30-03-2009.

4. All Members of District and Divisional Association of KVS BS&G Dehradun Division with the request to involve in best possible manner for making and implementing the programme at Vidyalaya / District / Divisional level.
