Observers are requested to provide necessary technical help wherever required. Concerned District Commissioners are also requested to visit Dwitiya Sopan Testing Camps (Venue) of their District preferably at Camp Fire.

Eligibility-
·         Scouts/ Guides must have passed Pratham Sopan and work at least for 9 months.
·         They should be of 11 Years 06 Months & above as on date. (D.O.B. should be before 01.03.2001)
·         Maximum 08 Scouts/ 08 Guides per Unit will have to participate.
·         Scouts/ Guides will be escorted by one Trained Scout Master and one Trained Guide Captain.

Camp Kit:

1-    Log Books,

2-    Two Full Scout/ Guide Uniform as per APRO Part-II/ III,

3-    Testing material for Proficiency Badges,

4-    Toiletries,

5-    One Light Bedding,
6-    Torch, Mosquito repellant Coil,
7-    Water Bottle,
8-    Two Civil Dress for change,
9-    For Guides- Make-up Kit,
10- One Camp Fire dress,
11- One Umbrella/ Rain Coat,
12- One Plate, Spoon, Katori, Glass,
13- Dari, Bucket, Mug for each section of Scouts & Guides.
 
Norms of Expenditure:
DA @ Rs.300/= per day per Scout/ Guide/ Escort.

Expenditure on Scarf, Woggle, Certificate (to be given to the participants), Stationary & other Camp related material will be met out of DA.

Reporting Time- 28 September 2012 forenoon.

Releiving Time-  29 September  2012 afternoon.

Scouts / Guides coming for this Camp must come well prepared for testing as per APRO II/III.

They must come with atleast one Camp Fire (Group) Item with it’s dress.

 Expenditure on Scouts/ Guides will be met out of VVN & expenditure on Escorts/ LOCs/ Assisting Staff will be met out of School Fund.

Escort Teachers/ LOCs/ Assisting Staff will be entitled for TA/ DA as per KVS rules.
